How do I make a purchase on your website?
1. On the product page, choose Color (if applicable) and Quantity and click “Add to Cart”.
2. Continue to add other products into the cart. Once you’re done, click on “View Cart” to view your items.
3. Click “Checkout”. Here, you will enter your billing details. Please make sure they are accurate.
What payment options do I have?
4.For the payment method,We have two option:
4.1)Debit / Credit Cards (VISA, MASTER),adtional,For mobile website,you also can pay by Apple pay.
4.2) Cash on Delivery – Local Orders Only
5. Click on “Place Order”.
6.What is your transaction currency?
The United Arab Emirates:Dirham(AED).
7.Can I cancel my order?
Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email .
8.Where do you ship to?
Currently, we deliver nationwide in United Arab Emirates.
9.How long does the delivery take?
We aim to deliver the purchased product(s) to your doorstep within 1-3 business days all of U.AE. However, please allow some slight delays as the deliveries depends on your location & traffic at our warehouses dept. We appreciate your patience if there are slight delays. (We do not have control over this)
10.Can I track the status of my order?
Yes you can! We will email your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.You also can login in your account to check the staus of the order.
